職人の手で一丁一丁時間と手間をかけて作られる越前打刃物。
その工程は多岐にわたり、すべてを手作業で行うのは非効率で、
もしかすると商売には向いていないのかもしれません。
ですが、使う方それぞれの手や食材になじみ、
愛着が湧いて「ずっと使いたい」と思っていただける刃物とは、
やはり人の手によってのみ生み出されるものだと思います。
そして、そんな物作りをどこまでも追求できるのが打刃物の魅力です。
単なる食材を切る道具としてではなく、洗練されたデザインと美しさ、
究極の切れ味を兼ね備えた逸品をお客様にお届けしたい。
その想いを胸に、これからも私たち黒﨑打刃物は
越前打刃物作りに挑戦し続けたいと思っています。
Aiming for
the ultimate knife.
Echizen knives are handmade by craftsmen, taking both time and effort.
The process is diverse.
Some may find it inefficient to do everything manually,
thinking it’s an unsuitable way to maintain a business.
However, we believe that only handmade knives, with its distinctive features
and familiar feel, can bring about an attachment for life.
By refining our technique, we endeavor to create the finest knives that
combine sophisticated design, beauty, and the ultimate sharpness.
With that in mind, Kurosaki Uchihamono will continue to take on
the challenge of making Echizen Uchihamono.
黒﨑 優 （くろさき ゆう）
1979年、福井県生まれ。伝統工芸士。
カネ弘打刃物での12年間の修行を経て、
黒﨑打刃物として独立。

Born in Fukui prefecture in 1979.
Traditional craftsman.
After 12 years of training with Kanehiro Uchihamono,
he became independent as Kurosaki Uchihamono.
